Realistic Knife Course
There will be a course at Bristol Student Union running from 10:00 to 14:00. This course is an open course to all grades, clubs and individuals. Training will encompass Philipino methods and other training methods, including the G.U.N. method and pressure training for grades.
This is an important course for all to understand the destructive nature of knife attacks.
This is the only Bristol based course this term so take this opportunity to train.
Rubber and hard knives are needed. If you do not have these they are available. Grades should bring their gum shields.

There will be a course in Braunton running from 10:30 to 15:30. It is open to all grades from beginner to black. The club in Braunton train in Shotokan and are very open to other training methods. Also it is being hosted by Richard Bond who is trying to establish a DKK club in the area so it will go some way in supportig a new DKK club down there.
